3. SMS/Text Messaging Campaign Information
As part of our commitment to excellent service, we utilize SMS messaging to communicate with our clients. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Fundamental Insurance Solutions.
How Customers Opt-In
Customers opt-in by visiting our website, www.fundamentalins.com, and filling out our contact/quote request form. They must manually check a box consenting to receive text messages regarding their Medicare options. We also obtain verbal consent during inbound phone consultations before sending any follow-up text messages.

"Hello [Client Name], this is Gary with Fundamental Insurance Solutions. I am following up on the plan information we discussed yesterday. Please let me know if you have any questions about the benefits. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts."

Opt-Out & Help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
